急诊护理路径对颅脑损伤患者抢救效率的影响

目的探讨急诊护理路径在颅脑损伤患者抢救中的应用效果。方法选取我院2013年9月至2014年3月收治的100例急诊颅脑损伤患者为研究对象，以2014年为分界点分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组采用常规急诊流程进行护理，观察组采用临床护理路径进行急救，比较两组患者的抢救效率。结果观察组的分诊时间、抢救时间、抢救费用均少于对照组，抢救后病情稳定率高于对照组，并发症、死亡率少于对照组，APACHEII评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组家属对护理业务水平、服务态度、病情解释等方面的护理满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论急诊护理路径能够提高对颅脑损伤患者抢救的效率，降低死亡率，减少并发症，提高护理满意度。

The effect of emergency nursing path on the rescue efficiency of craniocerebral injury patients

Objective To explore the application effect of emergency nursing path on rescuing efficiency of craniocerebral injury patients. Methods In our hospital from September 2013 to March 2014 100 cases of craniocerebral injury patients were chosen as the re- search object, they were divided into the observation group and the control group by 2014 as the cut - off point, 50 cases in each group. The control group was used the routine nursing emergency procedure, the observation group was given clinical nursing path for first aid, rescue efficiency was compared between the two groups. Results The triage time, rescue time, rescue costs in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, stable rate after the rescue was higher than that in the control group. Complications, mortality were less than those in the control group, the APACHE 11 score was lower with statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05） . Families＇nursing satisfaction of nursing serv- ice level, service attitude, medical explanation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group with statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05） . Conclusions Emergency nursing path can improve the rescue efficiency of craniocerebral injury patients, reduce the mortality and the complications, improve nursing satisfaction.
