中山市计划生育技术服务机构护理人力资源配置现状及需求的调查

摘    要:目的:探讨中山市计划生育技术服务机构护理人力资源配置现状及需求。方法对中山市计划生育技术服务机构1个地级市计生中心、24个乡镇计生服务所、156名医技人员进行问卷调查,了解其医护比例、床护比例以及护师的工作年限、学历、职称等情况,分析护理人力资源配置。结果中山市计划生育服务机构床护比为2.94∶1;医护比为2.53∶1,年龄≥40岁比例为23.53%,工作年限≥5年比例为67.65%,护师以上职称55.88%;编制为合同比例为41.18%,大专及以上学历比例为82.35%;管床数量(≥3)比例为29.41%。91.75%的人员希望增加护理人员数量,68.57%的人员希望减少床护比,53.02%的人员希望护理人员提高学历,24.76%的人员希望护理人员拓展业务。结论目前的中山市计划生育技术服务机构护理人力资源并不能很好地满足日常工作需求,应该提高护理人员数量尤其是乡镇偏远地区的护理人员数量,其次提高护理人员学历,以从事更专业的工作。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the current status and demand of nursing human resources in family planning technical serv -ice institutions in Zhongshan City to provide better decision scheme of human resource allocation in future .Methods All staff in the family planning service institutions in Zhongshan were conducted a questionnaire survey.The proportion of nurses and doctors , bed/nurse ratio and nurse working years , educational background , professional title were collected to analyze nursing human resource allocation.Results Bed/nurse ratio of family planning services institution in Zhongshan was 2.94: 1;doctor/nurse ratio was 2.53: 1, the proportion of nurse age ≥40 was 25.53%, the proportion of nurse working age ≥5 years was 67.65%, the proportion of senior nurse was 55.88%;the proportion of contract staff was 41.18%, the proportion of nurses with college degree or above was 82.35%;the proportion of nurses charging beds ≥3 was 29.41%.In nursing human resources survey of different categories of personnel ( including medical 100 technicians , 100 planning engi-neers, 100 service staff, 25 the administrative staff ) , among 289 people, 91.75%of the staff hoped to increase the number of nurses;216 persons hoped to reduce bed/nurse ratio, the proportion of which was 68.57%;167 persons hoped to improve the education of nurses , the proportion of which was 53.02%;78 persons hoped to expand their profession , the proportion of which was 24.76%.Conclusions The current nursing human resources of family planning technical service institutions in Zhongshan can not meet the needs of daily work , the num-ber of nurses should be increased , especially the number of nurses in remote rural areas , followed by improving nursing education to engage in a more professional operation.
