循证护理对预防外科住院患者术后感染的影响

目的：探讨循证护理在预防外科住院患者术后感染中的应用效果。方法将100例外科手术患者采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，两组患者术前护理方法相同。对照组术后常规护理，观察组采用循证护理预防术后感染，比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组术后感染率显著少于对照组，感染发生的时间长于对照组，术后3d的C反应蛋白和白细胞介素6显著低于对照组，术后肠鸣音恢复时间、住院时间显著少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。观察组术后的满意度显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论循证护理可预防外科住院患者术后感染的发生，促进患者早日康复，提高护理满意度。

Effect of evidence-based nursing on the prevention of infection in surgical patients

Objective To investigate the application effect of evidence -based nursing on prevention of infection in surgical pa-tients.Methods A total of 100 cases of surgical operation patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group , two groups were given the same preoperative nursing , the control group was given conventional nursing , the observation group was used evi-dence-based nursing in prevention of postoperative infection , and nursing effects were compared between the two groups.Results Postoper-ative infection rate in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group , infection time was longer than that in the con-trol group, reactive protein and interleukin 6 1d after operation was significantly lower than that in the control group , postoperative recovery time of bowel sound , length of hospital stay was significantly less than that in the control group , with statistical significance （ P〈0.05 ） .Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group , with statistical significance （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusions The evidence-based nursing can prevent the occurrence of postoperative infection in surgical patients , promote early rehabili-tation of patients , and improve nursing satisfaction.
