STF卡评价多酶清洗剂使用时效和清洗效果研究

目的探讨多酶清洗剂处理有机物污染器械的最佳预浸泡时间、使用有效时间及其清洗效果。方法将STF清洗检测卡放在多酶清洗液中预浸泡，再与器械一同上机器清洗，对多酶清洗剂的起效时间、使用有效时间和使用中的污染程度进行评价。结果STF清洗检测卡在多酶清洗剂中预浸泡3、5、7min后上机清洗，合格率分别为70．O％、75．O％、85．O％；STF清洗检测卡在使用中1、2、3、4h的多酶清洗剂浸泡7min，合格率分别为80．0％、66．7％、45．7％、40．O％；STF清洗检测卡在有酶与无酶两组清洗液测试差异有显著意义（P〈0．05）。结论多酶清洗剂最佳使用方法是现用现配。以器械的污染程度和数量设置多酶清洗剂的预浸泡时间和使用时间，应通过验证清洗流程和器械清洁度，在保证手术器械清洗质量的前提下，科学合理使用多酶清洗剂，达到清洗效果同时节省清洗成本。

The cleaning effect of enzyme detergent by STF card

Objective To study the best marinating time, effective time and cleaning effect of catabolism the organic contaminated medical devices with enzyme detergent. Methods Dip the STF card in the diluted enzyme for 3 min, 5 min and 7 rain respectively, and cleaned them with automatic washing machine. The effective time and cleaning effect wre measured. Results After dipping the STF card in the diluted enzyme for 3 rain, 5 rain and 7 rain, the qualified rates were 70%, 75%, 85%. Dipping the STF card in the diluted enzyme being used for 1 h, 2 h, 3 h, 4 h for 7 min, the qualified rate were 80%, 66.7%, 45.7% and 40%, respectively. The cleaning effect of the STF cards in this two groups had significant differences. Conclusions The best application method of enzyme is using it in a certain period, determine the marinating time which can be used per the devices contaminating status and quantity, the enzyme product should be scientifically used with less cost and good cleaning effect after verifying the cleaning process and cleaning effect.
