舒适护理对急性重症胰腺炎患者的效果研究

目的：探讨舒适护理对急性重症胰腺炎患者的效果。方法选择我院收治的急性重症胰腺炎患者100例，随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。其中，观察组采用舒适护理干预，对照组采用常规护理。结果护理后，观察组患者的总有效率为96.00％，高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）；观察组患者的腹痛腹胀缓解时间、血尿淀粉酶和白细胞计数的恢复时间均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）；观察组患者对护士态度、护理水平、健康宣教及心理护理满意度分别为98.0％、100.0％、96.0％、100.0％，均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论舒适护理服务措施可有效改善急性重症胰腺炎患者的临床疗效，有利于患者的预后恢复，并能提高患者对护理工作的满意度，值得临床应用。

The effect of comfort nursing on patients with acute severe pancreatitis

Objective To investigate the effect of comfort nursing on patients with acute severe pancreatitis .Methods A total of 100 cases of patients with acute severe pancreatitis were divided into two groups , in which 50 patients in the observation group were taken comfort nursing intervention , while the control group of 50 patients taking conventional cares measures .Results After treatment , the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%, significantly higher than that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） , the observation group with abdominal pain and bloating relief time , urine amylase and white blood cell count recovery time were significantly better than those in the control group （ P〈0.05 ） , nurses attitude , level of care , health education and psychological care nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 98.0%.100.0%, 96.0%and 100.0%respectively , all were significantly higher than those in the control group , and the differ-ences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusions Comfort care measures can effectively improve the clinical efficacy in patients with acute severe pancreatitis , help restore a patient＆#39;s prognosis and improve patient satisfaction , and it is worthy of clinical application .
