藏区护理关怀对哮喘住院患儿治疗配合度及生活质量的影响

目的：探讨藏区护理关怀对哮喘住院患儿治疗配合度及生活质量的影响。方法选取2013年4月至2014年1月在我院接受治疗的80例哮喘患儿为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例，对照组给予常规护理；观察组在常规护理基础上融入护理关怀，比较两组患儿护理干预前后治疗配合度以及生活质量评分（ PAQLQ）情况。结果观察组患儿在用药依从性、注意饮食、运动锻炼、注意预防诱发因素等方面治疗配合度（90％、87.5％、67.5％、82.5％）显著优于对照组；PAQLQ各维度评分（35.51±9.43、22.57±6.42、36.59±10.33、89.83±15.33）均明显高于对照组（ P＜0.05）。结论在藏区哮喘患儿住院期间实施护理关怀，能显著提高其治疗配合度，改善生活质量。

The influence on treatment compliance and quality of life of nursing care for hospi-talized children with asthma

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing careOn the treatment compliance and quality of life of hospitalized chil -dren with asthma.Methods In our hospital from April 2013 to Jan.2014, 80 cases of children with asthma were selected and randomly di-vided into control group （n=40, treated with conventional nursing ） and observation group （n=40, into nursing care on the basis of conven-tional care）, The treatment compliance, quality of life score （PAQLQ） of the two groups before and after the nursing intervention were com-pared.Results Compliance with medication , diet, exercise, pay attention to the prevention of predisposing factors and treatment compliance of the observation group were （90%, 87.5%, 67.5%, 82.5%） significantly better than those of the control group （P〈0.05）;Nursing intervention after PAQLQ each dimension scores （35.51 ±9.43 , 22.57 ±6.42 , 36.59 ±10.33 , 89.83 ±15.33 ） were significantly higher than those of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusions During the implementation of nursing care of children with asthma in Tibetan ar-eas can significantly improve the treatment compliance , improve the quality of life.
