临床护理路径对胃癌手术患者的临床应用效果

目的：探讨临床护理路径对胃癌手术患者的临床应用效果。方法选取我院2011年4月至2013年6月收治的胃癌手术患者120例为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组各60例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用临床护理路径，比较两组患者的护理效果。结果护理后，观察组患者的肛门通气时间和住院时间分别为（2.6±1.1）d和（11.9±2.6）d，明显短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者的住院费用为（11345.7±2212.3）元，明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。同时，护理后，观察组患者的SAS和SDS评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。此外，观察组患者对护士态度、护理水平、健康宣教及心理护理等护理满意度分别为95.0％、100.0％、96.7％、100.0％，均明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论临床护理路径可明显缩短胃癌手术患者的术后肛门通气时间和术后住院时间，并在一定程度上降低患者的术后住院费用，大大缓解了患者的焦虑紧张等不良情绪，提高了患者对护理的满意度，有利于患者的预后恢复，值得临床应用。

The clinical effects of clinical nursing path on patients with gastric cancer

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of clinical nursing path on patients with gastric cancer.Methods Totaled of 120 cases of gastric cancer patients were taken as research subjects , in which the control group of 60 patients was treated with routine care measure and observation group of 60 patients using clinical nursing path.Results After treatment , observation group with anus ventilation and hospitalization time were （2.6 ±1.1） days and （11.9 ±2.6） days, significantly shorter than those of the control group of patients （P〈0.05）, and the observation group with hospitalization costs were （11345.7 ±2212.3） RMB, significantly lower than those in the con-trol group （P〈0.05） .Meanwhile, in observation group SAS and SDS scores were （36.57 ±4.76 ） points, （35.43 ±4.45 ） points, it were improved significantly compared with those of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .In addition , in the observation group satisfaction degrees of nurses attitudes , nursing level , health education and psychological nursing were respectively 95.0%, 100%, 96.7% and 100% （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusions The clinical nursing path can significantly shorten the postoperative anal ventilation time and postoperative hospital stay, which help restore the patient＆#39;s prognosis and it is worthy of clinical application.
