循证护理配合血液透析联合血液灌流治疗尿毒症不安腿综合征的临床价值

目的：探究循证护理配合血液透析联合血液灌流治疗尿毒症不安腿综合征（ RLS）的临床价值。方法采用随机数字表法选择我院收治的尿毒症RLS患者70例，分为观察组和对照组，各35例，对照组行血液透析联合血液灌流（ HP＋HD）治疗及常规临床护理，观察组在此基础上开展循证护理，护理干预4周后，比较两组RLS症状缓解情况。结果观察组症状缓解率为88.57％，明显高于对照组的68.57％，差异具有统计学意义（ P＜0.05），观察组睡眠质量、生活质量及心理状态评分均明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论循证护理配合HP ＋HD治疗尿毒症RLS的护理效果确切，根据患者临床情况，开展针对性循证护理，缓解症状有助于提高疗效，改善患者生活质量，值得推广。

Clinical value of the evidence -based care combined with hemodialysis and he-moperfusion in the treatment of uremic restless legs syndrome

Objective To explore clinical value of the evidence -based care with hemodialysis and hemoperfusion treatment of uremic restless legs syndrome （ RLS） .Methods The control group underwent hemodialysis and hemoperfusion （ HP＋HD） treatment and routine clinical care , observation group carried out on the basis of evidence -based nursing , nursing intervention after four weeks , the two groups were observed and compared the situation RLS symptoms.Results The remission rate was 88.57%, significantly higher than 68. 57%, the difference was statistically significant , P〈0.05.And the observation group sleep quality , quality of life and psychological status scores were significantly higher.Conclusions Evidence-based nursing care treatment with HP ＋HD RLS exact effect of uremia , accord-ing to the clinical situation of patients , carry out targeted evidence -based care, help to improve the efficacy , further relieve symptoms and improve quality of life for patients , it is the application and promotion.
