摘    要:目的:研究从陆英中提取乌索酸的工艺。方法:采用“醇提凝析法”提取分离乌索酸。结果:产品提取率达90%,纯度达98%,经理化常数测定和光谱鉴定,确证产品为乌索酸。结论:本工艺先进实用、合理可行、有利于工业化生产。

Abstract:Objective: To study the extraction technology of ursolic acid from sambucus chinensis Lindl. Methods: The method of ethanol extraction and agglutination separation was adopted for extracting ursolic acid. Results: The extraction rate was 90%, its purification was 98%, the product was recognized to be ursolic acid by physicochemical contents and spectral identification. Conclusion: This method is advanced, practical, reasonable and feasible. It can be applied in industrial production.
