瑞舒伐他汀对维吾尔族高脂血症患者血脂和超敏C反应蛋白的影响

目的观察瑞舒伐他汀对维吾尔族高脂血症患者血脂水平和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的影响。方法选择2009年6月-2011年3月住院及门诊收治的40例维吾尔族高脂血症患者。给予瑞舒伐他汀钙(阿斯利康制药公司生产)10mg,每晚1次,疗程28d,分别在治疗前及疗程结束后用奥林巴斯全自动生化仪查:总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、丙氨酸转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸转移酶(AST)、hs-CRP、肌酸激酶(CK),对治疗前后的指标进行对比分析。结果经过3周瑞伐他汀治疗后,TG、LDL-C、TG分别较治疗前下降,以TG下降最为明显,HDL-C有所提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)而ALT、AST。肌酸激酶治疗前后无明显变化。结论瑞舒伐他汀不仅能有效地改善维吾尔族高脂血症患者血脂水平,而且可明显降低血清hs-CRP,治疗对肝脏功能没有明显影响,应用安全。

Effect of rosuvastatin on blood lipids and C-reactive protein in Uygur hyperlipidemia patients

Objective To explore the effect of rosuvastatin on blood lipids and high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in Uygur hyperlipidemia patients.Methods In June 2009 to March 2011,40 cases of Uygur hyperlipidemia patients were selected.Rosuvastatin(astrazeneca pharmaceutical company production) were given 10 mg every night,it lasted for 28 d before and after treatment.With the Olympus automatic biochemistry analyzer check,total cholesterol(TC),triglyeride(TG),high density lipoprotein(HDL),low-density lipoprotein(LDL),alanine shift enzyme(ALT),aspartic acid shift enzyme(AST),hs-CRP were analyzed before and after treatment.Results After 3 weeks′ treatment TG,LDL-C,TG drop down before treatment,the most obvious were TG.HDL-C was improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ALT,AST,creatine kinase had no change between before and after treatment.Conclusion Rosuvastatin comfortable not only can improve the Ughurs hyperlipidemia patients′ blood lipid levels,but can obviously reduce serum hs-treatment of liver function,CRP levels had no significant effect on the application,safety.
