地奥司明片治疗乳腺良性肿物切除术后并发症的临床观察

目的观察地奥司明片治疗乳腺良性肿物切除术后并发症的临床疗效。方法 80例乳腺良性肿物患者随机分为2组,对照组40例在术前术后采用常规治疗,研究组40例患者在常规治疗的基础上,自手术次日开始连服地奥司明片。每天记录患者手术切口疼痛、局部水肿、皮下积液、伤口愈合等情况。结果 2组患者乳房良性肿物切除术后伤口疼痛、水肿、积液总得分比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05或0.01),研究组临床有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且未见明显药物不良反应。结论地奥司明片可以有效治疗乳房良性肿物切除术后切口疼痛、局部水肿和皮下积液,可作为乳房良性肿物切除术后并发症的防治用药。

Clinical observation of Diosmin Tablets in postoperative complications of benign breast mass resection

Objective It is to observe the clinical effect of Diosmin Tablets in the treatment of postoperative complications of benign breast mass resection.Methods Eighty patients with benign breast mass were randomly divided into two groups.40 cases in control group took standard treatment preoperatively and postoperatively.40 cases in treatment group were given Diosmin Tablets continuously the next day after the surgery,in addition to the standard treatment.The incisional pain,local edema,subcutaneous hydrops,and wound healing were recorded every day.Results The clinical effective rate was significantly higher in treatment group than that in control group(P<0.05) in the comparison of scores in incisional pain,local edema,subcutaneous hydrops,and wound healing.No obvious adverse drug reactions were found in both groups.Conclusion The postoperative complications of benign breast mass resection such as incisional pain,local edema,and subcutaneous hydrops can be effectively treated by Diosmin Tablets.
