Cdc42、VEGF及CD44v6在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达及其意义

目的探讨乳腺浸润性导管癌(invasive ductal carcinoma,IDCa)中细胞分裂周期蛋白42(cell divisioncycle 42,Cdc42)、细胞粘附分子(Homing cell adhesion molecule variant6,CD44v6)及血管内皮生长因子(Vascuoarendothelial growth factor,VEGF)的表达及其与临床病理参数的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测Cdc42、VEGF、CD44v6在69例乳腺IDCa中的表达。结果在乳腺IDCa中Cdc42与VEGF的表达呈正相关(P<0.05),Cdc42与CD44v6的表达没有相关性(P>0.05),在乳腺IDCa中VEGF与CD44v6的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。Cdc42、VEGF、CD44v6在69例乳腺IDCa组织的阳性表达率分别为86.96%、88.41%、78.26%。Cdc42在有或无淋巴结转移组、不同病理分级组表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);VEGF在不同肿瘤直径组、不同临床分期组表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CD44v6在有或无淋巴结转移组、不同肿瘤直径组、不同临床分期组表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Cdc42、VEGF、CD44v6在乳腺IDCa发生、发展中可能起协同作用,并可能成为判断预后的指标。

Expression of Cdc42,VEGF and CD44v6 in breast invasive ductal carcinoma and their significance

Objective To investigate the relevance of cell division cycle 42(Cdc42),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and homing cell adhesion molecule variant6(CD44v6) status to the prognosis of breast invasive ductal carcinoma(IDCa).Methods The expressions of Cdc42,VEGF and CD44v6 in 69 breast IDCa tissue specimens were obtained by immuno-histochemical staining.Results The expression of Cdc42 was positively related to VEGF in breast IDCa tissues(P<0.05).The expression of Cdc42 was not correlated with CD44v6 in breast IDCa tissues(P>0.05).The expression of VEGF was positively related to CD44v6 in breast IDCa tissues(P<0.05).The positive incidence of Cdc42,VEGF and CD44v6 expressions in 69 cases of breast cancer were 86.96%,88.41%,78.26%.Expressions of Cdc42 had statistically significant in different histological grades and with or without lymph node metastasis of breast(P<0.05).Expressions of VEGF had statistically significant in different tumor sizes and clinical stages(P<0.05).Expressions of CD44v6 had statistically significant in different tumor sizes,clinical stages and with or without lymph node metastasis of breast(P<0.05).Conclusion The three of Cdc42,VEGF and CD44v6 may be cooperative effects in the occurence and development of breast IDCa.The expression levels of Cdc42,VEGF and CD44v6 could be used as index for predicting the prognosis of breast IDCa patients.
