维药榲桲提取物降压作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的探讨榲桲对肾性高血压大鼠血压的影响及其作用机制。方法建立两肾一夹肾性高血压大鼠模型,60只高血压大鼠随机分为模型组、卡托普利对照组和榲桲高中低3个剂量组,另有10只大鼠作为假手术组,给药8w,每2w测定1次大鼠的血压,末次给药1h后处死动物,测定肾组织和血浆中AngII与ET含量,观察其降压作用。结果榲桲各剂量组和Cap组大鼠收缩压明显低于模型组(P<0.05);榲桲高中低剂量组肾组织中的AngII含量较模型组降低(P<0.05),榲桲高、低剂量组血浆ET水平明显升高与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论榲桲提取物具有降压作用,其作用机制可能与降低AngⅡ含量和ET水平有关。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the antihypertensive effect of Cydonia oblonga mill(COM) on renovascular hypertensive rats(RHR) and explore the mechanism.Methods RHR was reproduced by two-kindey one-clip(2K1C) way.60 hypertensive rats were randomly divided into model group,captopril control group,Cydonia oblonga mill high,medium and low three-dose group,10 additional rats were used as sham operation group.Each group were administrated for 8 weeks,while the blood pressure of rats was measured every two weeks.At sacrifice,blood was harvested to measure plasma AngⅡ,ET content,examining its role in blood pressure.Results Blood pressure of rats in each doses in Cydonia oblonga mill and Cap groups was significantly lower than the model group(P<0.05);AngⅡ levels in Cydonia oblonga Mill high,medium and low dose group in renal tissue were lower than the model group(P<0.05).ET levels in Cydonia oblonga Mill high,and low dose group were higher compared with model group,the different was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Cydonia oblonga Mill have antihypertensive effect.Its mechanism may be attributed to its lowering effect of plasma AngⅡ,ET levels.
