| 摘 要： | 目的探讨环磷酰胺联合化疗(CEF)、长春瑞滨联合化疗(NE)、多西他赛联合化疗(TA)3种化疗方案对青年汉族女性乳腺癌患者卵巢功能的影响。方法通过检测94例青年乳腺癌患者术后接受CEF、NE、TA 3种化疗方案化疗后出现停经症状的患者外周血促卵泡素(FSH)和雌二醇(E2)水平,比较不同化疗方案对卵巢功能的影响。结果 3种化疗方案对FSH水平的影响差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对E2水平的影响差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 3种化疗方案对青年乳腺癌患者卵巢功能均有抑制作用,其中CEF方案对卵巢功能影响较大,而TA方案影响较小。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the cyclophosphamide combination chemotherapy(CEF),vinorelbine combination chemotherapy(NE),docetaxel combination chemotherapy(TA) chemotherapy in Han young female breast cancer patients′ ovarian function.Methods 94 cases of young breast cancer who received CEF,NE,and TA chemotherapy after the operation were chosen,tested the hormone(FSH) and estradiol(E2) level from peripheral blood.Then we compared the ovarian function after finishing chemotherapy treatments programs.Results There were significant differences(P<0.05) in three kinds of chemotherapy on the influence of FSH levels,no significant effect on E2 levels(P>0.05).Conclusion 3 kinds of chemotherapy in young breast cancer patients can impact on ovarian function and it is more noticeably of CEF,while others could not. |
