川葛分散片体外溶出度方法的研究

目的:建立川葛分散片中葛根素溶出度的测定方法。方法:依据《中国药典》2010版附录中转篮法测定溶出度,于不同时间取样,用紫外可见分光光度法在波长为250nm处测定葛根素的含量,计算川葛分散片的累积释放度。结果:该法加样回收率为97.57%,RSD为1.24%,在1.05-10.50μg·mL-1范围内浓度和峰面积呈良好的线性关系。使用该试验确定的方法,10min时测定川葛分散片的累积溶出百分率达到标示量的100.92%。结论:该方法简便易行、准确可靠,可用于川葛分散片的质量控制。

Tablet Study on In Vitro Dissolution Rate Method of Chuange Disersible

Objective:To establish a method for the determination puerarin dissolution rate of Chuange dispersible tablet.Methods:A basket method was used to study the dissolution with artificial gastric juice as the solvent,and rotating at 100 r·min-1.The content of puerarin was determined at a wavelength of 250nm by UV method,and the cumulative release of Chuange dispersible tablet was calculated.Results:The average recovery rate was 97.57%,and the RSD was 1.24%.The calibration curve was linear in the range of 1.05-10.50μg·mL-1.The accumulation dissolution rate of the puerarin in Chuange dispersible tablets reached 100.92% at 10 minute.Conclusion:The determination method of dissolution of Chuange dispersible tablet was easy and reliable,which can be used to control the quality of Chuange dispersible tablet.
