应用微创拔牙术拔除下颌阻生第三磨牙的临床试验

摘    要:目的评价微创拔牙技术在临床拔除下颌阻生第三磨牙的应用效果。方法选择临床需要拔除下颌阻生第三磨牙的患者100例,随机分为微创拔牙组(50例)和传统拔牙组(50例),分别应用微创拔牙技术和传统拔牙技术拔除下颌阻生第三磨牙,并对两组的术中疼痛、手术时间及术后并发症进行比较。结果微创拔牙组在拔除下颌阻生第三磨牙手术中的重度疼痛发生率(6%)和术后中或重度并发症发生率(18%)均低于传统拔牙组的36%和56%,微创拔牙组的手术时间平均为(20±5)min短于传统拔牙组的平均时间为(35±9)min,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用微创拔牙法拔除下颌阻生第三磨牙,能明显减少患者术中、术后并发症的发生率,有效缩短拔牙时间,值得在临床加以推广应用。

Abstract:Objective Evaluation of minimally invasive tooth removal of mandibular third molar in the clinical application.Methods 100 patients required the extraction of mandibular third molars,50 patients using the minimally invasive tooth extraction technology and the other 50 patients using traditional tooth extraction technology to extract the impacted mandibular third molar.Results Minimally invasive extraction group in the removal of mandibular impacted third molar surgery in severe pain incidence(6%) and after surgery or severe complications(18%) were lower than traditional extraction group,36% and 56 the operative time was 15 to 32(20±5) min shorter than traditional extraction group 25 to 72(35±9) min,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),minimally invasive extraction group.Conclusion The application of minimally invasive extraction method is removal of mandibular third molars,can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in patients with intraoperative,effectively shortening the extraction time,it is worth to be promoted in clinical application.
