| 摘 要： | 目的评价胫骨远端锁定钢板治疗Pilon骨折的临床疗效。方法选择2008年6月—2010年10月乌鲁木齐市中医院骨科收治的Pilon骨折24例,均采用切开复位胫骨远端锁定钢板内固定,并进行门诊随访。结果 24例患者全部获得随访,随访时间6～18个月,平均15个月。按Mazur踝关节症状和功能评分系统进行疗效评定,其中优15例,良6例,可3例。结论胫骨远端锁定钢板治疗Pilon骨折确实可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of distal tibial locking plate for the treatment of Pilon fractures.Methods 24 cases of orthopedics Pilon fracture selected from Urumqi Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine underwent open reduction of distal tibial locking plate fixation and outpatient follow-up.Results All the 24 patients were followed up for 6~18 months,average for 15 months.Curative effect was assessed according to Mazur ankle joint symptoms and functional scoring system,with excellent for 15 cases,good for 6 cases,general for 3 cases.Conclusion Distal tibial locking plate for the treatment of Pilon fractures was a reliable method. |
