| 摘 要： | 目的研究阿育魏实所含化学成分。方法采用化学成分系统预试验辅助专项预试验法。结果阿育魏实中生物碱、黄酮、糖类、氨基酸、皂苷、挥发油、酚性成分、有机酸、油脂、甾体类成分的系统预试实验结果为阳性,生物碱和黄酮的辅助专项预试实验结果为阳性。结论阿育魏实中含有生物碱、黄酮、糖类、氨基酸、皂苷、挥发油、酚性成分、有机酸、油脂、甾体类等成分。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the chemical constituents of Trachyspermum ammi(L.) Sprgaue.Met-hods The methods of systematic pretest and assist individual pretest were adopted.Results The systematic pretest on alkaloids,flavone,carbohydrates,amino acid,saponins,essential oils,phenols,organic acids,lipids and steroids were positive.The assist individual pretest on alkaloids and flavone were positive.Conclusion Trachyspermum ammi(L.) Sprgaue contain alkaloids,flavone,carbohydrates,amino acid,saponins,essential oils,phenols,organic acid,lipids and steroids. |
