哮喘患者肺功能与FeNO的相关性研究

摘    要:目的探讨处于临床持续期哮喘患者呼出气中一氧化氮水平(FeNO)与肺功能FEV1的相关性。方法选取2011年1-11月于新疆医科大学附属中医医院呼吸科门诊就诊的16~65岁的临床持续期哮喘患者36例,分别测定其FeNO水平和肺功能,分析FeNO水平和肺功能的相关性。结果肺功能与FeNO两种检测方法检测气道炎症差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),平均秩次FeNO大于FEV1。结论 FeNO水平和肺功能对气道炎症的监测无明显相关性,FeNO对哮喘患者气道炎症的检出优于肺功能。

Abstract:Objective To study the clinical duration in patients with asthma who breath nitric oxide level(FeNO) and pulmonary function forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1) relevance.Methods From January to November 2011,Clinical duration of the 36 cases of patients with asthma were tested the FeNO level and lung function,analyzed the correlation of lung function and FeNO in asthma.Results Thre detection methods of Lung function and FeNO in testing inflammation was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the average rank of FeNO were greater than FEV1.Conclusion FeNO level and lung function test subject for the monitoring of airway inflammation has no consistency,but FeNO monitoring asthma patients airway inflammation is better than the lung function.
