麻白宣肺化痰颗粒提取工艺的研究

摘    要:目的研究麻白宣肺化痰颗粒提取工艺的最佳条件。方法以盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸伪麻黄碱总含量及总黄酮含量作为提取工艺的考察指标,采用L9(3)4正交设计优选提取工艺。结果最佳工艺为加8倍量的水回流提取3次,每次1h。结论优选得到的麻白宣肺化痰颗粒提取工艺稳定、可行。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the optimization extraction process of Ma Bai Xuan Fei Hua Tan granules.Methods To use the content of ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride and the cotent of total flavonoid as the examination targets of extraction process,the L9(3)4 orthogonal design was adopted to optimize the extraction process.Results The optimization process was adding 8 times amount of water extracted three times,each time one hour.Conclusion The extraction process is stable and feasible.
