152例医疗纠纷鉴定案例分析

目的探讨新疆维吾尔自治区医疗纠纷和事故的现状及特点,为防范和解决医疗纠纷提供科学依据。方法对2008年1月-2010年12月新疆医学会医疗纠纷鉴定的案例进行回顾性调查分析。结果 152例医疗纠纷主要通过卫生行政部门委托鉴定,其中有75%属于医疗事故,以二级医院居多,医院负完全责任的占4.39%,涉及的科室以骨科、普外科和妇产科为主。结论提高医务人员的自我防范意识、强化操作规范、加强医疗纠纷处置、改善基层医疗卫生服务水平和普及患者医疗安全卫生知识,可以从一定程度上减少医疗纠纷和医疗事故的发生。

Analysis on 152 cases of medical disputes appraisal

Objective To understand the situation and characteristics of medical disputes through analyzing the 152 cases of medical dispute appraisal in a provincial medical association of the certain region.Met-hods Retrospective investigation analysis WAS carried in the cases of medical dispute appraisal from January 2008 to December 2010.Results In the 152 cases of medical dispute which mainly were identified through the health administration,75% belonged to medical accidents with a majority of the second grade hospitals,in which it had taken full responsibility of 4.39%,with orthopedics and general surgery obstetrics and gynecology as main department.Conclusion The main preventive measures should be on improving the medical staff of self-protection,to enhance the operating norms,and strengthen the medical dispute handling,to improve basic medical and health service level and popularize patients medical safety health knowledge,to a certain extent,reduce from medical disputes and medical accidents.
