C8修饰的胺丙基有序杂化介孔硅胶的制备及其性能研究

摘    要:目的建立胺丙基杂化介孔硅胶(APMO)表面键合修饰的方法,并对C8修饰的胺丙基介孔硅胶(C8-APMO)进行色谱和吸附性能研究。方法采用共缩聚法制备氨丙基杂化介孔硅胶,后嫁接法对介孔硅胶进行C8修饰,采用元素分析,红外光谱等方法进行表征,吸附和液相方法进行性能测试。结果 C8成功地键合到了AP-MO上,C8-APMO具有大的比表面积(765m2/g)、孔径3.9nm,对苦参素的吸附性能优于商品硅胶,用作色谱固定相,有效分离了3种芳香类化合物苯胺、甲苯和蒽。结论作为吸附和色谱材料,C8-APMO具有较好的应用前景。

Abstract:Objective To establish method of modifying the mesoporous aminopropyl-silica(APMO) with C8 functionality and study the adsorption and separation capacity of the C8-functionalized mesoporous aminopropyl-silica(C8-APMO).Methods Mesoporous aminopropyl-silica was prepared by co-condensation method,and C8 was introduced to the mesoporous silica via the grafting method.Elemental analysis and IR spectrophotometry were proposed for the characterization of the C8-APMO,and adsorption and LC tests for the performance.Results C8 were successfully bonded onto the surface of APMO.C8-APMO had high surface area(765 m2/g),pore-size 3.9 nm and stronger adsorption over commercial silica for oxymatrine.The colum with C8-APMO showed good separation capacity of phenylamine,toluene and anthracene.Conclusion C8-APMO has a bright future as the adsorptive and chromatographic materials.
