婴幼儿食物过敏的影响因素分析

摘    要:目的探讨婴幼儿食物过敏(FA)的影响因素。方法对336例特应性疾病家族史阳性的婴幼儿进行回顾性分析,采用Logistic回归模型分析食物过敏发生的影响因素。结果 336例特应性疾病家族史阳性的婴幼儿中有84例诊断为FA,婴儿期为FA的高发年龄,<4个月龄喂养方式、益生菌制剂摄入为FA发生的保护因素(P<0.05);年龄、烟草烟雾摄入为FA发生的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论对有特应性疾病家族史的婴幼儿应重视后天生活方式及环境因素对过敏性疾病的影响,以减少食物过敏的发生。

Abstract:Objective To study influential factors of food allergy(FA) in infants and small children.Methods Three hundred and thirty six infants and small children having family history of atopic diseases were reviewed,analyzed the influential factors of food allergy by Logistic regression models.Results There were 84 infants and children diagnosed food allergy in 336 infants having family history of atopic diseases,the most susceptible age was infancy.Feeding patterns of the first 4 months,probiotic supplementation were the protective factors(P<0.05),and cigarette smoke were the risk factors of food allergy(P<0.05).Conclusion It is necessary to attach importance to the influences of living style and environmental factor to allergic diseases for infants having family history of atopic diseases,in order to decrease the incidence of food allergy.
