正交试验法优选维药神香草总黄酮的提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的筛选维药神香草总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。方法以总黄酮的含量为指标,采用L9(34)正交试验,考察乙醇浓度、提取时间、提取次数及料液比为因素,采用紫外分光光度法对神香草总黄酮含量进行检测,确定最佳提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为A2B3C1D3,即12倍量的70%的乙醇提取3次,每次1h。结论优选得到的工艺方法合理、稳定,为进一步研究提供参考。

Abstract:Objective To select out the optimal extraction process of total flavonoids of Hyssopus officinalis L.Methods The L9(34) ortliogonal experimental design was adopted,the extraction time,ethanol concentration,solvent consumption,and extraction times as the factors to determine the optimum conditions for detecting flavonoids in Hyssopus officinalis L.with UV spectrophotometry.Results The optimum extraction process was 70% ethanol concentration,soild-liquid ratio 1∶12,1 h of extraction time,once ofextraction times.Conclusion The optimized process is reasonable and stable,it can provide a reference for further research of flavouoids of Hyssopus officinalis L.
