上海漕泾社区35岁以上居民高血压现状调查

目的了解上海市漕泾社区高血压病的发病及防治现状,为制订有效的高血压社区综合干预方案提供依据。方法采用整群随机抽样的方法,对漕泾社区11个行政村及居委会35岁以上村民进行血压测量、流行病学调查及统计分析,并对高血压病人汇总分级管理。结果共调查3 256人,其中非高血压人群1 634人(50.18%),高血压人群1 622人(49.82%);高血压随年龄和体质指数的增加而升高(P<0.05),患者主要集中于45岁以上人群,高血压发病与饮酒习惯有关(P<0.05)。结论应该在农村社区开展系统的、有目的的健康教育和高血压社区综合干预信息化管理,倡导健康的生活方式。

Survey of hypertension among residents over the age of 35 in Shanghai Caojing community

Objective To investigate the status of hypertension prevention and incidence in Shanghai Caojing community and provide evidence for community intervention programs.Methods A cluster random sampling method was used to select people over 35 years old from 11 administrative villages and neighborhood committees in Caojing community.Measurement of blood pressure,epidemiological survey and hypertension management were carried out among these residences.Results The hypertensive population was 1 622(49.82%) and non-hypertension population was 1 634(50.18%) among a total of 3 256 people.Incidence increaseed with age and body mass index(BMI)(P<0.05).Most hypertensive population was among people over the age of 45 and alcohol drinking habit was raleted with hypertension(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive and purposive healthy education and intervention system should be carried out in rural communities,the healthy lifestyles shouled be promoted.
