| 摘 要： | 目的：通过观察哮喘病人外周血CD8^ T细胞CD25，CD30表达水平，了解哮喘病人CD8^ T细胞功能状态。方法：将所分离出的CD8^ T细胞分别用PPD，PHA刺激，最后用流式细胞仪检测细胞表面CD25，CD30表达水平。结果：PHA刺激组CD8^ T细胞CD25表达水平高于健康对照(P＜0．05)，而CD60表达则无差异；PPD刺激组CD8^ T细胞CD25，CD30表达与健康对照组相比无显著差异；哮喘病人自然状态下(即未受抗原剁激)CD8^ T细胞CD25表达与健康对照无差异，而CD30表达低于健康对照(P＜0．05)。结论：哮喘病人CD8^ T细胞活化状态明显异常。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the expression levels both CD25 and CD30 on CD8 + cells in asthmatic patients.Methods:T cells isolated from peripheral blood mononuclear cells were separated by nylon column measurement. CD8 +T cells were gotten by negation selection using magnetic beads; and then, they were stimulated by PPD and PHA; finally, CD25 and CD30 on CD8 +T cells were detected by flow cytometor. Results:In PHA-stimulated group, CD25 levels on CD8 +T cells were as higher than that of healthy controls; but CD30 expression was not different;The expression both CD25 and CD30 was no statistic significance compared with healthy controls in PPD-stimulated group.The levels both CD25 and CD30 without antigen stimulation in asthmatic patients were significantly lower than that of healthy controls ( P <0.01 or P <0.05 ). Conclusion:The activated state of CD8+T cells are abnormal in asthmatic patients. |
