摘    要:目的:以对乙酰氨基酚、四氯化碳、氨基半乳糖为肝毒剂,建立急性肝损伤动物模型。方法:分别测定不同剂量对乙酰氨基酚、四氯化碳、氨基半乳糖所致急性肝损伤模型小鼠血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)水丰。结果:剂量为100mg·kg^-1的对乙酰氨基酚、浓度为0.05%~1.0%四氯化碳及剂量600,800mg·kg^-1的氨基半乳糖造模后均能明显升高小鼠血清ALT水平。结论:对乙酰氨基酚、四氯化碳、氨基半乳糖造模可用于保肝药的筛选与评价。

Abstract:Objective: To extablish the animal models of acute hepatic injury induced by acetaminophen, arbon tetrachloride and D-galactosamine. Method: The serum ALT level in those mice were determined. Result: The ALT level was significantly increased by ip acetaminophen 100mg· kg^- 1, ig 0.05 % - 1.0% carbon tetrachloride and ip D-galactosamine 600,800mg· kg ^- 1 respectively. Conclusion: The models made by these three drugs can be used for screening and evaluation of new drugs.
