铜绿假单胞菌医院感染现状及耐药性分析

目的分析109株铜绿假单胞菌(PAE)医院感染现状及耐药性,为临床医生合理用药提供科学依据。方法收集该院2009年1月至2011年1月间住院患者不同标本的铜绿假单胞菌,按照《全国临床检验操作规程》对109株铜绿假单胞菌进行培养和鉴定,药敏试验采用纸片扩散法。结果 109株PAE主要分布在肿瘤科(40株,占36.7%)、内科(34株,占31.2%)、外科病区(25株,占22.9%)和其他科室(10株,占9.2%)。PAE在标本中的分布情况为:痰60株,占55.0%;脓液及分泌物20株,占18.3%;尿液12株,占11.0%;胸、腹腔积液11株,占10.0%;血液6株,占5.5%。PAE对14种抗菌药物药敏试验结果表明:耐药率较高的抗菌药物有复方新诺明、庆大霉素、头孢噻肟、头孢吡肟、氨曲南、环丙沙星、左氧氟沙星等,达44.9%～88.9%。结论铜绿假单胞菌的感染现状和耐药情况不容乐观,应引起临床医生和医院管理人员的高度重视。

Investigation of the infection status and drug-resistance in nosocomial infections with Pseudomonas aeruginosa

Objective To investigate the infection status and drug-resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa（PAE） in nosocomial infections,and to provide the scientific accordance for the clinical application of the antibiotics.Methods PAE were cultured and identified according to the National Clinical Laboratory Operation Rules.The drug-sensitivity testing was performed by K-B methods.Results 109 strains of PAE were mainly isolated from the tumor（40/109,36.7%）,department of internal medicine（34/109,31.2%）,department of surgery（25/109,22.9%）,and other department（10/109,9.2%）.Drug-resistance results of PAE to 14 kinds of antibiotics showed that the antibiotics of which drug-resistance rates（44.9%-88.9%） were higher were as followed：SMZ-TMP,gentamycin,cefotaxime,cefepime,aztreonam,ciprofloxacin,levofloxacin and so on.Conclusion Drug-resistance status of Pseudomonas aeruginosa was very serious.Hospital should strengthen the monitoring,prevention and controlling of it.
