| 摘 要： | 目的]观察美托洛尔治疗肝阳上亢型原发性高血压疗效。方法]对80例肝阳上亢型原发性高血压门诊患者口服琥珀酸美托洛尔(47.5mg/d)。观测临床症状、血压、心率,中医症状积分。4周为1疗程,连续治疗1疗程,随访30d,判定疗效。结果]中医症状积分显效41例,有效35例,无效4例。血压、心率有不同程度降低(P<0.05)。结论]美托洛尔治疗肝阳上亢型原发性高血压临床症状可明显改善,对眩晕、头痛、烦躁易怒、面红、目赤症状改善最佳。

| Abstract: | Objective]To observe curative effect metoprolol theraping hyperactivity of liver Yang type primary hypertension.Methods]80 patients with hyperactivity of liver Yang type primary hypertension from outpatient service Oral succinic acid metoprolol.Observation the clinical symptoms,blood pressure,heart rate,TCM symptoms integral.4 weeks for one period of treatment,continuous treatment 1 treatment,follow-up 30 d,decision curative effect.Results]According to TCM symptoms integral powerfully in 41 cases,effective in 35 cases,4 cases are invalid,the total efficiency of 95%.Conclusion]The clinical symptoms of metoprolol theraping hyperactivity of liver Yang type primary hypertension can be improved significantly,In vertigo,headache,irritability,red,red eye symptoms improved best. |
