| 摘 要： | 目的分析恶性血液病患者的生活质量及其与社会支持的相关性。方法采用方便抽样法选择91例恶性血液病患者,以简明健康调查问卷（SF-36）及社会支持评定量表进行问卷调查,对相关数据进行统计分析。结果恶性血液病患者生活质量中的生理机能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、健康状况、社会功能、情感职能均低于普通人群（P〈0.01）,精神健康高于普通人群（P〈0.01）;社会支持总分为（41.23±8.59）分,高于常模（t=7.408,P=0.000）;躯体疼痛、健康状况、精神健康与社会支持总分呈正相关（P〈0.05）。结论恶性血液病患者生活质量的多个维度均受到疾病的影响,社会支持尤其是主观支持能有效提高患者的生活质量。
