冠心病患者血脂水平变化特点的研究

目的了解冠心病(CHD)患者血脂水平的变化特点。方法对70例CHD患者和70例正常对照组血清血脂水平进行测定,并对其结果进行分析。结果CHD患者血清中的总胆固醇(TC)和极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(vLDL-C)均较正常对照组高(P<0.01);高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)较正常对照组低(P<0.01);甘油三酯(TG)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)与对照组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。经多因素方差分析结果表明,血脂水平紊乱与CHD组有关(P<0.05或0.01),与患者的性别、年龄无关(P>0.05)。图形资料提示,CHD患者青壮年时期已存在血脂紊乱现象。结论血脂中TC、HDL-C、vLDL-C的异常改变与CHD的发病有关系。年少的血脂紊乱可能是CHD发病的重要因素。

Fluctuation of blood lipid levels in patients with coronary heart disease

Objective To understand the fluctuatin of blood lipid in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods Seventy patietns with CHD and seventy normal individuals were enrolled in this study.The blood lipid levels of them were measured and the results were stastistically analyzed.Results Compared to the normal control group,the total cholesterol(TC) and very low density lipoprotein cholesterol(vLDL-C) in the CHD group were higher(p<0.01),and the high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) was lower(P<0.01);and triglyceride(TG) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) remained in the same levels as those in the CHD group(P>0.05).Results of multi-factor analysis of variance showed that disorder of blood lipid was associated with CHD (P<0.05 or 0.01),not with the patiens' sex and ages(P>0.05).Figure appearances indicated that blood lipid disorder already occurred in youth and adult periods of patietns with CHD.Conclusion The abnormal changes of TC,HDL-C and vLDL-C in blood lipid are associated with the genesis of CHD.Blood lipid disorder in youth may be risk factor of the genesis of CHD.
