摘    要:目的:运用Meta分析方法研究CYPlBl基因Leu432Val位点多态性与头颈癌易感性的发生风险。方法:检索CNKI和PubMed数据库中有关CYPlBl基因Leu432Val位点多态性与头颈癌易感性关联研究的文献。对符合纳入标准的文献进行资料提取后,以OR值和95%可信区间为效应指标,应用STATA11.0软件进行Meta分析,并对发表偏倚进行检测。结果:纳入5个对照研究,共计1580例头颈癌患者和2076例正常对照人群。Meta分析结果显示,总人群中,CYPlBl基因Leu432Val位点多态性与头颈癌易感性之间有显著关联(ValVS.Leu:OR=1.13,95%CI=1.03—1.25,P=0.014;Val/ValV8.Leu/Leu:OR=1.30。95%CI=1.06—1.60,P=0.013;Val/ValVS.Leu/Leu+Leu/Val:OR=1.23,95%CI:1.05—1.46,P=0.013)。在针对种族的亚组分析中,发现CYPlBl基因Leu432Val位点多态性可能会增加欧洲人群发生头颈癌的风险。结论:CYPlBl基因Leu432Val位点多态性可能是增加欧洲人群发生头颈癌易感性的危险因素。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the association between CYP1B1 Leu432Val polymorphism and head and neck cancer risk by using Meta - analysis. Methods:The relevant literatures were searched. The data of genotype dis- tributions and other information were extracted in the groups of patients and healthy control, odds ratio (OR) with 95% confidence interval (CI) and publish bias was annlyzed with STATA 11.0 software. Results: Five published case- control studies including 1580 patients with head and neck cancer and 2076 controls were selected. Overall, significant elevate association between CYP1B1 Leu432Val polymorphism and head and neck cancer risk were found in ( Val vs. Leu : OR = 1.13,95 % CI = 1.03 - 1.25, P = 0. 014 ; Val/Val vs. Leu/Leu : OR = 1.30,95 % CI = 1.06 - 1.60, P = 0. 013 ;Val/Val vs. Leu/Leu + Leu/Val : OR = 1.23,95% CI = 1.05 - 1.46, P = 0. 013 ). In the subgroup analysis by ethnicity, the similar association was detected in Caucasian. Conclusion : This Meta - analysis demon- strates that CYP1B1 Leu432Val polymorphism may be a risk factor for developing head and neck cancer.
