替吉奥胶囊联合吉西他滨治疗晚期胰腺癌的疗效分析

目的：观察替吉奥（S-1）胶囊联合吉西他滨治疗晚期胰腺癌的临床疗效和安全性.方法：采用非盲法随机对照试验.试验组18例,替吉奥（S-1）胶囊联合吉西他滨,替吉奥（S-1）胶囊每天80mg/m2,分2次,餐后口服,d1-14,吉西他滨1000mg/m2,静脉滴注,30min,d1、8;对照组18例,吉西他滨1000mg/m2,静脉滴注,30min,d1、8、15;两组28天1个周期.结果：实验组有效率（CR＋PR）为44.4%,MST为7.6个月.主要毒副反应为血液学毒性和消化道反应.结论：替吉奥（S-1）胶囊联合吉西他滨是治疗晚期胰腺癌的一种安全有效的化疗方案.

Effect of S-1 capsule combined with gemcitabine for the treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer

Objective：To study the clinical efficacy and safety of S - 1 capsule colnbined with gelncitabine on ad- vanced pancreatic cancer. Methods ： For expermental group 18 cases were used,S - 1 capsules colnbined with gelncit- abime, S - 1 capsules daily 80mg/m2, 2 times, d1-14, gelncitabine 1000mg/m2 intravenous drip, 30min, d1,8,15. The control group 18 cases were treated by gelncitabine 1000mg/m2,intravenous drip,30min, d1,8,15 days as i cycle. Results：CR ＋ PR（44.4% ） ,the MST 7.6 lnonths. Main adverse reactions were hematology toxicity and gastrointesti- nal reaction. Conclusion：S -1 capsules colnbined with gemcitabine is a safe and effective chemotherapy scheme of advanced pancreatic cancer.
