经皮椎体成形术治疗脊柱椎体肿瘤的临床应用及疗效观察

目的：探讨经皮椎体成形术治疗椎体肿瘤的疗效和安全性。方法：17例患者共41个椎体肿瘤行经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗，术前临床症状及术后临床效果均采用疼痛视觉模糊评分进行评定。结果：所有患者术后24小时内疼痛症状明显缓解或消失。随访2—6个月，平均3．5个月，患者未诉疼痛加重，未出现严重并发症。结论：椎体日澎术治疗椎体肿瘤能迅速缓解疼痛，改善临床症状及提高生活质量，有较高的临床应用价值。

Clinical application and curative effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty in spinal tumor

Objective：To evaluate safety and effectiveness of percutaneous vertebroplasty （PVP） in patients with spinal tumors. Methods：Seventeen patients with spina tumor 41 vertebrae underwent treatment of PVP. Use the pain vision score to evaluate the clinical effect. Results：The success rate of puncture of vertebral body was 100%. After PVP, all patients got pain relief or vanish in 24 hours. There was no serious complication. The follow - up assessment was conducted for 2 to 6 months after PVP, there was no recurrence or aggravation of pain. Conclusion： Percutaneous vertebroplasty combined with regional chemotherapy is a minimally invasive and effective procedure for treatment of spina tumor.
