| 摘 要： | PTEN是第一个被发现的具有双重特异性磷酸酶活性的抑癌基因，它的突变、失活和表达下调与肺癌的发生、发展和预后密切相关，并且在肿瘤化疗耐药中发挥重要作用。因此，针对PTEN基因的研究有助于对肺癌的预防和治疗。本文结合国内外最新报道，对PTEN基因与肺癌相关性研究进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | PTEN is the first found tumor suppressor gene with a dual protein/lipid phosphatase activity. The abnor- mality of PTEN, including mutation, inactivation and downregulation, is closely related with the occurrence, develop- ment, prognosis and cbemoresistance of lung cancer. Therefore, the studies on PTEN are important to the prevention and treatment of lung cancer. This article will review recent research progress of the relationship between PTEN and lung cancer. |
