| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨采用弹性树脂与铸造支架联合义牙弓修复牙齿双端游离缺失以改善传统义齿.方法:采用弹性树脂做基托和唇(颊)侧固位体,缺失区和支托采用铸造支架,制作修复体47件,修复牙双端游离缺失患者39人.患者戴用1年后进行临床观察.结果:弹性树脂与铸造支架联合义齿的美观舒适感、食物嵌塞、基牙情况等较传统活动义齿均有明显改善.结论:弹性树脂与铸造支架联合义齿修复双端游离缺失较传统活动义齿具有较多优点,值得广泛推广.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of elastic resin and casting frame compound denture for repairing double teeth ended free deletion.Methods Forty seven compound dentures were made of elastic resin as base and labial retainer, casting frame as denture to repair 39 patients with double teeth ended free deletion. The follow up survey was done one year later. Results This compound denture improved a lot in beautiful outlook, comfort feeling, food impaction and the condition of abutment. Conclusion Elastic resin and casting frame compound denture has more advantages to repair double teeth ended free deletion than the traditional denture, and it's worth spreading. |
