| 摘 要： | 目的探讨重型颅脑外伤后早期行高压氧治疗的效果及护理要点。方法将160例重型颅脑外伤患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组根据病情予以抗感染、脱水、营养脑细胞、激素治疗、对症处理及常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用高压氧治疗,比较2组患者功能恢复情况。结果观察组患者功能恢复指数明显优于对照组(p<0.05)。结论重型颅脑外伤后越早行高压氧治疗,效果越好。对患者进行全面的评估,及早制定相应的护理措施,是预防高压氧治疗并发症和不良反应的发生、保证高压氧治疗效果的关键。
