| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨剖宫产术后母乳喂养的主要护理方法和护理对剖宫产术后母乳喂养的影响。方法:将100例剖宫产产妇随机分为两组,即对照组和研究组,其中对照组实行常规护理,对研究组宣教母乳喂养的知识,指导正确的哺乳姿势及哺乳方法,以及产后全面的心理护理和整体护理。结果:研究组母乳喂养率86%,对照组母乳喂养率62%。两组间母乳喂养率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:加强剖宫产术后心理护理,宣教母乳喂养知识,指导正确哺乳姿势可有效提高剖宫产术后的母乳喂养率。
