| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨小剂量米非司酮在子宫腺肌病治疗中的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析我院收治的87例确诊为子宫腺肌病的患者资料,给予患者米非司酮10mg/d,连用6个月,疗程结束后对所有患者停药后随访6个月,观察用药前后患者疼痛程度、月经周期、经期、子宫体积等指标变化情况。结果:疗程结束后,所有患者痛经程度用药后较用药前明显减低,月经异常明显改善;减少了病情对患者活动程度的影响,明显改善并提高了患者的活动能力;缩小了患者的子宫体积,治疗前后患者的疼痛程度、痛经分级、月经周期、经期及经量、子宫体积上的比较差异显著(P<0.05或P<0.01),有统计学意义。结论:小剂量米非司酮治疗子宫腺肌病疗效显著,副作用小。
