| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨高分辨率CT在肺孤立性结节诊断中的应用价值。方法:采用CT设备为德国产西门子螺旋CT机,对58例肺内孤立结节扫描及静脉注药高分辨CT扫描。结果:高分辨率CT与常规CT征象比较,两者空洞及钙化显示率无显著性差异,其它如胸膜凹陷征、血管集束征、毛刺、支气管充气征等肺癌征象高分辨率CT的显示率明显升高。结论:常规CT扫描结合高分辨CT扫描或增强扫描,能明确显示结节征象、内部结构等,有助于鉴别良、恶性孤立性肺结节。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discussed the value of high-resolution CT in the diagnosis of solitary pulmonary nodules.Methods:We apply Siemens spiral CT machine high-resolution scanning to 58 cases solitary pulmonary nodule.Results:There were no statistical significance between high-resolution CT and routine CT of the display rate of cavity and calcification.The display rate of pleural indentation sign,blood vessels cluster sign,burr sign and air bronchogram,there were statistical significance between two groups(P<0.05).Co... |
