| 摘 要： | 目的:调查成都市OTC儿童感冒药的使用情况,并对药物的成分进行分析。方法:对成都市区10家药店所售39种OTC儿童感冒药进行实地调查,查阅相关文献,并对所得数据进行统计分析。结果:OTC儿童感冒药种类繁多,纯中药与纯西药数量相当,中西医结合药物较少。剂型以冲剂及糖浆为主。西药成分中出现较多的有对乙酰氨基酚、马来酸氯苯那敏和咖啡因等。中药成分中出现较多的有金银花、连翘和板蓝根等。各种药物的治疗作用以解热、镇痛、镇咳等较多,不良反应主要出现在神经系统和消化系统。结论:从安全性、疗效和儿童用药的依从性分析,成都市OTC儿童感冒药成分比较合理。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze OTC child cold medicines in Chengdu city.Methods:The data about the 39 kinds of OTC child cold medicines obtained from 10 drugstores in Chendu and associated articles.The components have been analyzed as well.Results:The majorities are pure traditional Chinese medicine and pure western medicine.They are common in amount.Mainly formulations are granules and syrups.Most western medicines contain acetaminophen,chlorphenamine maleates and caffeine.Many Chinese medicines almost have honeysuc... |
