| 摘 要： | 目的: 探讨EphA2/EphrinA1和E-cadherin在肾癌组织中的表达及与肾癌临床病理特征的关系。 方法: 利用免疫组织化学法检测68例肾癌组织、24例正常肾组织中EphA2、EphrinA1和E-cadherin的表达;并采用流式细胞术对上述三种蛋白进行定量分析,采用SPSS13.0进行统计学处理。 结果: 肾癌组织中EphA2、EphrinA1的表达明显高于正常肾组织(P<0.01);E-cadherin的表达明显低于正常肾组织(P<0.01)。在肾癌组织中,肿瘤高分级组EphA2、EphrinA1蛋白的表达水平(IHC、FCM)显著高于低分级组(P<0.01,P<0.05),而E-cadherin蛋白的表达(IHC)显著低于低分级组(P<0.01);肿瘤高分期组EphA2、EphrinA1蛋白的表达水平(IHC、FCM)显著高于低分期组(P<0.01,P<0.05),而E-cadherin蛋白的表达(IHC)显著低于低分期组(P<0.01),淋巴结转移组EphA2、EphrinA1蛋白的表达(IHC、FCM)显著高于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.05),而E-cadherin蛋白的表达(IHC)显著低于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.05)。免疫组织化学显示EphA2与E-cadherin蛋白的表达呈显著负相关(r=-0.483,P<0.01),EphrinA1与E-cadherin蛋白的表达呈显著负相关(r=-0.414,P<0.01),EphA2与EphrinA1蛋白的表达呈显著正相关(r=0.906,P<0.01)。 结论: EphA2/EphrinA1与E-cadherin蛋白表达异常可能共同参与了肾癌的发生、发展与转移;联合检测三种蛋白对于评价肾癌的恶性程度、判断其转移潜能具有一定的参考价值。
