| 摘 要： | 目的 调查胃癌患者ｐ１６基因的改变。方法采用ＰＣＲ方法，对２３例胃癌患者肿瘤组织标本进行ｐｌ６基因外显子３的缺失研究。结果发现２例弥漫型胃癌有 ｐ１６基因的纯合缺失，缺失频率为８．７０％。结论证明ｐ１６基因的改变与胃癌的发生和发展有一定的联系。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate p16 gene alterations in gastric carcinoma. Methods A PCR-aided analysis of p16 gene exon 3 deletion was performed in 23 fresh tumor specimens taken from gastric cancer patients. Results Homozygous deletion was observed in two cases of diffuse carcinoma. The frequency of homozygous deletion was 8. 70%. conclusion The altered p16 genes are involved in gastric carcinogenesis. |
