| 摘 要： | 目的 降低血小板减少性紫瘢脾切除后的并发症。方法 对1982年1月至2003年1月收治的69例原发性血小板减少性紫瘢病人进行回顾性研究。结果 该病最常见而严重的并发症是感染和出血。结论 正确应用激素和抗生素是减少并发症的重要措施。

| Abstract: | Objective To decrease the incidence of splenectomy's postoperative complication for idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura.Methods The cases were retrospectively analyzed in 69 patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura.Result Infection and hemorrhage are the most common and serious postoperative complication.Conclusion Using the antibiotic and the hormone correctly is important measure to decrease the incidence of the postoperative complication. |
