| 摘 要： | 目的:观察肝硬化门静脉高压症(PHT)的X线及CT表现,评价影像学检查在PHT诊断和鉴别诊断中的应用价值。材料与方法:临床诊断为肝硬化门静脉高压症的患者60例,X线钡餐摄片检查60例,并用增强CT检查36例。结果:60例患者X线钡餐检查,显示食管静脉轻度曲张17例、中度曲张29例、重度曲张14张;胃底静脉曲张者16例;36例患者CT检查显示,门静脉增宽及脾门、胃底贲门部血管纡曲扩张32例,脾脏肿大30例,肝脾外周低密度16例。结论:X线钡餐和CT检查是诊断肝硬化门静脉高压症简单实用的方法。

| Abstract: | Purpose:To observe the appearances of xray barium examination and computer tomography(CT) in liver cirrhosis with portal hypertension,and to evaluate the value of imaging examination in diagnosis and differentiating diagnosis in PHT.Materials and Methods:Sixty patients with clinical diagnosis of liver cirrhosis were checked by X-ray barium meal,and 36 cases of them also take enhanced liver CT.Results:Sixty patients who were checked by X-ray barium meal showed slight esophagus varicosity in 17 patients,moderate in 29 patients,serious in 14 patients;16 patients showed fundus varices of stomach.36 patients who were checked by CT,showed broaden portal vein and vessel dilation at spleen hilar and gastric fundus/cardia in 32 patients,splenomegalia in 30 patients and ascites sign in 16 patients.Conclusion:X-ray and CT are vaid methods to diagnose PHT early. |
