心理干预对择期肝胆手术患者术前焦虑的效果分析

目的评估心理干预对于择期肝胆手术患者术前焦虑的效果。方法对341例择期肝胆手术患者随机分为观察组（173例）和对照组（168例）,观察组进行心理干预治疗。采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）分别对两组患者进行3次连续性焦虑评定,时间为入院时,术前1天,出院前。对两组评分结果进行对比分析。结果被测患者均显示有不同程度的焦虑,术前1天焦虑最明显。两组入院时的焦虑评分没有显著差异（P〉0.05）,但观察组术前评分明显较对照组为轻（P〈0.01）。结论择期肝胆手术患者术前均存在不同程度的焦虑情绪,但心理干预治疗可以明显减轻术前的焦虑程度,有利手术的实施和患者康复,具有重要的临床价值。

Effect on psychological intervention for the preoperative anxiety among the non-urgent hepatobiliary operative patients

Objective To estimate the effect on psychological intervention for the preoperative anxiety among the non-urgent hepatobiliary surgery patients.Methods 341 cases of non-urgent hepatobiliary surgery patients were divided into two groups,observation group and control group.The patients of observation group were taken psychological intervention.Both patients in two groups were estimated anxiety scores for 3 times,which were the time of in-patient,before operation and out-patient.Result All patients were observed vary degrees anxiety,which were severer before surgery.There was no significant difference between the two groups at the time of in-patient（P〉0.05）.But the scores of anxiety at the time of one day before surgery in observation group were significant lower than which of control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion There is some contents anxiety before non-urgent hepatobiliary surgery,but psychological intervention can relieve the anxiety before operation.So it is very important that the patients of non-urgent hepatoblilary surgery are taken psychological intervention.
