腺苷钴胺联合阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹合并老年糖尿病的疗效评价

目的：评价腺苷钴胺联合阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹合并老年糖尿病的临床疗效。方法：138例合并老年糖尿病带状疱疹患者随机分为2组,治疗组以腺苷钴胺500μg肌内注射,每日1次,对照组以维生素B12500μg肌内注射,每日1次。共4周。2组患者同时口服阿昔洛韦片200 mg,每日5次,共7天。结果：治疗组止疱、结痂、疼痛缓解及痊愈时间均较对照组明显缩短（P〈0.05）;治疗第28天,治疗组和对照组的痊愈率分别为73.9%和37.7%;有效率分别为89.9%和69.6%,两组差异均有显著性（P〈0.01）。后遗神经痛的发生率两组分别为10.1%（治疗组）和30.4%（对照组）,两组有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：腺苷钴胺联合阿昔洛韦治疗合并老年糖尿病带状疱疹起效快、疗效高、安全性好。

Curative Efficacy of Cobamamide Combined with Acyclovir for Herpes Zoster Complicating Diabetes in Aged Patients

OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the curative efficacy of cobamamide combined with acyclovir for herpes zoster complicating diabetes in aged patients. METHODS： A total of 138 aged patients with herpes zoster complicating diabetes were randomly assigned to receive cobamamide 500μg q. d i. m for 4 weeks （trial group） or vitamin B12 q. d i. m for 4 weeks （control group）. Moreover, both groups were treated with 200mg acyclovir 5 times a day for 7 days. RESULTS： The time for herpes stopping, scab furming, pain relieving and healing in the trial group was significantly shorter than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. At 28 days, significant differences were noted between the two groups in healing rate （73.9% vs. 37.7%, P 〈0.01） and effective rate （89.9% vs. 69.6%, P 〈 0.01）. The differences between the two groups in the incidence of residual neuralgia were highly significant （10.1% for trial group vs. 30.4% for control group, P 〈 0.05）. CONCLUTION ： Cobamamide combined with acvclovir had rapid response, good curative efficacy and safety for herpes zoster complicating diabetes in aged patients.
