2006～2008年我院眼用制剂使用情况调查分析

目的：了解我院眼科眼用制剂的使用情况,分析用药特点和趋势。方法：利用药库计算机系统和Excel表统计我院连续3年眼科制剂销售情况,对品种、销售金额、排序等进行分析。结果：销售额位于前4位的是抗菌药物、抗青光眼药、干眼症用药及糖皮质激素药;进口眼药的销售额占70%左右;在前20位销售金额排序中进口玻璃酸钠滴眼液所占比例最大,非甾体类抗炎药普拉洛芬滴眼液的销量增加较快。结论：我院眼科用药结构相对固定。临床用药应注意安全、合理、有效、经济,注意药品不良反应和效价比,选用经济有效的治疗方案,降低医疗费用,减轻患者负担。同时,应充分利用我院眼科优势力量研究开发疗效高、价格合理的特色制剂品种。

Review of Utilization of Ophthalmic Agents in Our Hospital from 2006 to 2008

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the characteristics and trend of the utilization of ophthalmic agents in our hospital. METHODS： The consumption of ophthalmic agents in our hospital in 3 consecutive years in respect of drug kinds, consumption sum and consumption order etc were an analyzed using pharmacy computer system and Excel table. RESULTS： The top 4 drugs on the list of consumption sum were antimicrobials, anti - glaucoma drugs, drugs for xeroma and corticosteroids. The consumption sum of the imported ophthalmic agents accounted for 70 %. The consumption sum of the imported sodium hyaluronidase took the lead among the top 20 drugs. The consumption quantity of pranoprofen （one of the NSAIDs） increased rapidly. CONCLUSION： The medication structure of ophthalmic medicines in our hospital is relatively stable. Safe, rational, effective and economic clinical drug use should be emphasized and great importance should be attached to the adverse drug reactions and the potency ratio, moreover, it is advisable to adopt economical and effective therapeutic protocols so as to lower medical costs and reduce patients＇ burden. Meanwhile, it is essential to maximize our competitive advantage in ophthalmology to develop special preparations of high curative efficacy but reasonable prices.
