注射剂致不良反应报告分析

目的：分析本院药品不良反应（ADR）发生的特点,为临床治疗提供参考。方法：对本院2003年1月～2008年6月上报的272例ADR报告采取回顾性研究方法,结合Excel电子表格,进行统计分析。结果：272例ADR中,女性多于男性,药品不良反应一般发生于40岁以上的中老年人;抗感染药物引起ADR为147例,占54.04%,中药注射剂73例,占26.84%。不良反应累及的系统/器官以呼吸系统及皮肤损害最多。结论：应加强抗感染药物和中药注射剂在临床应用中的监测,严格掌握适应证,尽量减少几种注射药物合并配伍,以减少不良反应的发生。

Analysis of Adverse Drug Reactions Induced by Injections

OBJECTIVE： To analyze the characteristics of the adverse drug reactions （ADR） occurred in our hospital so as to provide reference for rational clinical treatment. METHODS： By a retrospective study, a total of 272 ADR cases reported by our hospital from Jan. 2003 to June, 2008 were analyzed statistically using Excel form. RESULTS： Of the 272 ADR cases collected, females and patients aged over 40 years took the highest proportion, 147 cases （54.04%） were caused by anti- infective drugs and 73 cases （26.84%） by Chinese herbal injections. Damage of respiratory system and skin were the major organs/systems involved in the ADRs. CONCLUSION： In clinical use of anti - infective drugs and Chinese herbal injections, ADR monitoring should be emphasized and we should strictly follow indications and try not to use several injectable preparations concomitantly so as to lessen the incidence of ADR.
