青霉素V钾片包衣处方研究及稳定性考察

摘    要:目的:通过研究不同包衣处方对青霉素V钾片进行包衣,并考察稳定性。方法:采用水溶性防潮包衣材料和醇溶性防潮包衣材料分别对青霉素V钾片进行包衣,并就其质量稳定性进行对比。结果:采用醇溶防潮包衣的青霉素V钾片,具有较佳的防潮性能和稳定性。结论:利用醇溶防潮包衣材料进行青霉素V钾片薄膜包衣,产品质量稳定,值得广泛应用。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To optimize the coating material for potassium Phenoxymethylpenicillin coated tablets and study its stability. METHODS: Potassium Phenoxymethylpenicillin coated tablets were prepared using water-soluble moisture - proof coating material and alcohol - moisture - proof coating material, respectively. Then the stability was compared between the two kinds of tablets. RESULTS: The tablets with alcohol - moisture - proof coating material showed better moisture - proof property and stability. CONCLUSION: The tablets with alcohol - moisture - proof coating material were proved to be stable in quality and which thus deserve to be used extensively.
